Fit Shepherds push themselves through grueling workouts with other men, knowing that they are forming close-knit relationships with their brothers. These relationships allow the men to lean on each other both through the workouts themselves, and also when things get difficult throughout the week. Experiencing these things together allows for men to challenge each other to better answer the call when life's difficulties arise. The workouts go on rain or shine (or wind or cold); this was again put on display after a recent string of extreme winter weather. Fit Shepherds gathered at 5AM on a Wednesday morning in January with wind chills approaching -15 degrees and completed the workout and scripture reflection. One week later, again at 5AM, they gather despite being met with a foot of snow.
